Well I can’t get you the lottery numbers or tell you who’s going to win the 2:30 at Aintree tomorrow, but we can have a good go at predicting where your business is going to go next.

 

Budgeting and Forecasting is something that every business should be doing on a regular basis. It helps you plan for the future, and can give you clarity on what might happen if you make the changes you’ve been thinking about.

 

We can either work on a budget, to give you some targets for the next year, or a forecast to help you plan your cashflow and future expenses.
