Making your first move towards using software for your bookkeeping and accounts can be overwhelming.

But you know you can’t run your business on Excel forever, especially with Making Tax Digital looming up ahead.*

On our training and setup package, we’ll:

Set up your subscription for either Xero or Quickbooks
Make sure the software is structured to work for your business
Create your invoice templates so they're on brand and ready to go
Connect your bank so your transactions appear in your accounts (as if by magic!)
Show you how to invite users (so you can give your accountant and colleagues access)
Run through the basics of bookkeeping for yourself, such as;
Raising and sending invoices to your customers
Adding bills and expenses
Reconciling the bank account
And of course, answering any questions you have at the time.

Sessions usually take a maximum of 2 hours and will be recorded so you don’t have to remember everything we talk about! We’ll also give you access to our bank of demo recordings.
